Call Centre Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Make outbound and/or inbound calls to promote products and services.

• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.

• Finalize sales and achieve or surpass performance goals.

• Keep precise records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales journey.

• Operate from home as part of a virtual sales team.

• Utilize a computer, telephone headset, and other office equipment while sitting or standing for extended periods.

• Occasionally navigate the office, reach, lift or lower objects, and exert force up to 40 pounds.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Previous experience in sales or call centers is preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

• Self-driven and goal-focused.

• Capability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Dependable internet connection and a quiet workspace are necessary.

• Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.

• Willingness to undergo a Level II background check and/or security investigation with fingerprinting.

• Must consent to drug screening; this does not apply in Canada.

• Completion of a full application, including screening questions and a short pre-employment test, is required.
