Call Centre Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Make outbound and/or inbound calls to promote various products and services.

• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.

• Finalize sales and achieve or surpass performance goals.

• Keep precise records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.

• Work remotely using a computer and a telephone headset.

• Utilize office equipment as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Previous experience in sales or call centers is preferred.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

• Self-driven and focused on achieving goals.

• Capability to work autonomously in a remote environment.

• Dependable internet connection and a quiet workspace are essential.

• Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.

• Completion of all screening questions and a brief pre-employment assessment is required.

• Willingness to undergo a Level II background and/or security investigation with fingerprinting is necessary.

• Must be willing to take a drug screening; this requirement does not apply in Canada.
