Call Centre Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Make outbound and/or inbound calls to promote various products and services.

• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.

• Successfully close sales and meet or surpass performance targets.

• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales cycle.

• Operate from home as a member of the virtual sales team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Previous experience in sales or a call center is preferred.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving goals.

• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.

• A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are necessary.

• Must complete all screening questions and a short pre-employment test.

• Must have authorization to work in the country where the position is based.

• Willingness to undergo a Level II background and/or security investigation, including fingerprinting.

• Willingness to participate in drug screening (not applicable in Canada).
