Call Centre Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Make outbound and/or inbound calls to promote various products and services.

• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.

• Successfully close sales while achieving or surpassing performance targets.

• Keep precise records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.

• Operate from home as a member of MCI’s virtual sales team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must be at least 18 years old.

• A high school diploma or its equivalent is required.

• Previous experience in sales or call centers is preferred.

• Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relations are essential.

• Must be self-motivated and goal-driven.

• Capability to work independently in a remote work environment.

• A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are necessary.

• Candidates must complete all screening questions and a brief pre-employment assessment.

• Authorization to work in the country where the position is located is required.

• Willingness to undergo a Level II background and/or security check with fingerprinting is necessary.

• Candidates must be open to drug screening; this does not apply in Canada.
