
Call Center Representative β Full-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Manage incoming customer inquiries
β’ Resolve basic technical issues
β’ Assist customers with the addition or removal of products and services
β’ Conduct outbound calls and engage with customers nationwide
β’ Listen attentively to customers, comprehend their needs, and address issues
β’ Utilize systems and technology for account management activities
β’ Identify sales opportunities and apply sales techniques to enhance products or services
β’ Articulate and present products and processes to customers
β’ Forward customer dissatisfaction to the management team
β’ Attain first-call resolution through proficient problem-solving and call management
β’ Maintain full-time schedules that may include days, nights, and weekends
β’ Must be at least 18 years old
β’ High school diploma or equivalent qualification
β’ Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
β’ Capable of typing quickly and accurately at 20+ words per minute
β’ Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
β’ Fundamental understanding of the Windows operating system
β’ Highly dependable with consistent attendance and punctuality
β’ Ability to assess, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer concerns
β’ Skillful in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
β’ Customer-service focused, empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious
β’ Capable of multitasking, maintaining focus, and self-managing
β’ Strong team player with a customer-centric approach
β’ Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment characterized by change and uncertainty
β’ Excellent interpersonal abilities and capacity to cultivate relationships with team members and customers
β’ Home broadband connection is required
β’ Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located
β’ Must be willing to undergo a Level II background and/or security check with fingerprinting
β’ Must agree to drug screening (not applicable in Canada)
