This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Manage incoming customer service inquiries, help desk requests, and back-office processing tasks.
• Provide assistance for customer service, technical support, and sales interactions.
• Engage with hundreds of customers across the nation on a weekly basis.
• Address customer concerns and resolve basic technical issues.
• Foster strong customer relationships while representing well-known brands in a professional manner.
• Utilize systems and technology to perform account management duties.
• Identify sales opportunities and leverage sales skills to enhance products and services.
• Communicate product features and processes effectively to customers.
• Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction to the management team.
• Strive for first-call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to type quickly and accurately at a rate of 20+ words per minute.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Fundamental understanding of the Windows operating system.
• Highly dependable with consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Capability to assess, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer concerns.
• Skills in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation are important.
• Customer service-oriented, demonstrating empathy, responsiveness, patience, and conscientiousness.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, remain focused, and self-direct.
• Strong team player with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to succeed in a dynamic environment where change and uncertainty are common.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both team members and customers.
• Must have authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
• Willingness to undergo a Level II background and/or security check with fingerprinting.
• Must agree to drug screening; this does not apply in Canada.
• Completion of a full application, screening questions, and a brief pre-employment assessment is required.
