This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Manage incoming customer inquiries
β’ Diagnose and resolve basic technical problems
β’ Assist clients with adding or removing products and services
β’ Provide support for customer service, technical assistance, and sales interactions
β’ Engage with hundreds of customers weekly across the nation
β’ Address and resolve customer support issues
β’ Promote and sell new products and services
β’ Deliver an exceptional customer experience
β’ Listen to customer needs, comprehend their concerns, and resolve issues
β’ Utilize systems and technology for account management tasks
β’ Identify sales opportunities and leverage sales skills to enhance products or services
β’ Articulate and position products and processes to customers effectively
β’ Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction to management
β’ Achieve first-call resolution through effective problem-solving and call management
β’ Perform computer and telephone-based tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods
β’ Operate various office equipment, including computers, telephones, copiers, printers, and more
β’ Must be at least 18 years old
β’ High school diploma or equivalent is required
β’ Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
β’ Ability to type swiftly and accurately at a minimum of 20 words per minute
β’ Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
β’ Fundamental understanding of the Windows operating system
β’ Highly dependable with consistent attendance and punctuality
β’ Capability to assess, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues
β’ Skill set for conflict resolution, problem solving, and negotiation
β’ Customer-service oriented, demonstrating empathy, responsiveness, patience, and diligence
β’ Capacity to multitask, maintain focus, and manage oneself effectively
β’ Strong team-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
β’ Ability to excel in a dynamic environment with frequent changes and uncertainty
β’ Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to foster relationships with team members and customers
β’ Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is based
β’ Willingness to undergo a Level II background and/or security investigation, including fingerprinting
β’ Willingness to participate in drug screening (not applicable in Canada)
β’ Must have a home broadband internet connection
