Call Center Agent, Outbound Market Research

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Perform telephone research interviews and log results in the data collection system.

• Gather data on essential property data points.

• Execute thorough and precise online research utilizing available tools.

• Verify and update information within the data collection system.

• Adhere to stringent guidelines to ensure consistent and unbiased data.

• Achieve quality assessment benchmarks and comply with work monitoring standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a personal computer (desktop or laptop), a noise-cancelling headset, and a reliable internet connection with a backup option (prepaid wireless modem is acceptable).

• Minimum of 6 months experience in a call center environment, ideally in outbound calling, market research, or related positions.

• Proficient English communication skills (from conversational to fluent), with strong reading comprehension abilities.

• Basic computer skills, including data entry and typing capabilities.

• Must be willing to work graveyard shifts and in a permanent work-from-home arrangement.

• A quiet, distraction-free workspace and the ability to remain on calls for extended durations are essential.
