Call Center Appointment Setter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Reach out to leads provided by the company to schedule qualified appointments.

• Engage with clients via phone, text, and email to assess their needs.

• Maintain an updated understanding of the company’s diverse services.

• Build and nurture relationships with both past and prospective customers to drive sales.

• Identify potential customers through networking, cold calling, and industry research to boost sales.

• Utilize data to assist customers in understanding how products can help them meet their objectives.

• Complete administrative duties, including processing and documenting sales in the CRM and tracking data in Excel or Google Sheets.

• Act as the initial point of contact for clients.

• This role has no supervisory responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce or another CRM.

• Capable of reaching out to customers, completing sales reports, and managing other tasks autonomously.

• Access to reliable IT equipment, internet connection, and a suitable workspace.

• Ability to manage a high volume of calls effectively.

• Prior experience using an auto-dialer (such as Ring Central).

• Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including a Saturday rotation.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Ability to remain seated or standing for extended periods while working on a computer.

• Must be capable of lifting up to 15 pounds occasionally.
