Asesor Ventas, Call Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

• Provide guidance and execute sales through a call center for the Claro operator.

• Manage customer service in a remote setting, working from home.

⛳️ Requirements

• Secondary education.

• Minimum of 3 months experience in sales, call center, or retention roles.

• Availability to work Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:30 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm, with fixed days off on Sundays.

• Windows 10 or 11.

• Intel Core i5 or higher.

• 8 GB of RAM.

• Wired internet connection of 50 MB.

• USB headset.

• Skills in call center operations, sales, communication, and persuasion, with a focus on results, initiative, time management, and commercial acumen.
