Call Center Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Manage call center operations for Gainwell Technologies

• Support Gainwell's objective of leveraging technology to enhance the health and well-being of the clients they serve

• Operate remotely from a private, distraction-free workspace

• Adhere to an assigned 8-hour shift within the 7:00 AM–7:00 PM timeframe, initially from 10:30 AM–7:00 PM

• Collaborate with colleagues while also performing tasks independently

• Complete a skills and competency assessment during the interview process

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment

• Must reside in West Virginia

• Current access to high-speed internet that meets required download and upload speeds

• Availability to work an 8-hour shift from 7 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday

• Initial shift will be from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM for an indefinite duration

• A private workspace free from distractions for the entire workday

• Experience in the healthcare sector with knowledge of HIPAA Privacy Rules

• Familiarity with CPT and ICD10 terminology

• Strong communication skills with a professional tone and demeanor

• Proficient keyboarding skills with the ability to multitask and maintain focus

• Basic computer skills along with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

• Capacity to work independently as well as in a team setting

• Availability to work between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM Eastern Time

• Completion of a skills and competency assessment is required before moving forward in the selection process
