Call Center Agent – Credit Protection

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to customers on credit protection after loan completion

• Offer advice via phone regarding suitable insurance products

• Evaluate the unique needs of customers

• Present customized solutions utilizing internal systems

• Consider individual preferences to ensure high customer satisfaction with a service-oriented approach

• Utilize modern communication tools and digital completion options from partners

• Collaborate within a sales team consisting of approximately 40 colleagues

• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing positions, such as sales or telesales

• A service-oriented mindset

• Enthusiasm for loans

• Excellent communication abilities and a convincing, approachable, and professional demeanor on the phone

• High level of reliability

• Proactive and dedicated work ethic

• Drive for personal and professional growth

• Ideally, completion of a commercial apprenticeship or business-related vocational training
