This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• Manage both inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and with precision.
• Offer detailed information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Document customer interactions and maintain updated customer records in the CRM system.
• Efficiently resolve customer issues or escalate complex matters to the appropriate department.
• Follow up on customer requests to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
• Achieve set performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Uphold the confidentiality of customer information while adhering to company policies.
• Assist in customer engagement initiatives and contribute to ongoing service enhancements.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to provide a cohesive customer experience.
• UAE National possessing a valid Family Book.
• High School Diploma, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as designated by management.
