Call Center Agendamiento de citas médicas

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Respond to customer calls regarding medical procedures and services of a health clinic in Chile.

• Provide customer service in the area of medical procedures.

• Manage a rotating schedule of 48 hours per week from Monday to Friday between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

• Work remotely.

• Sundays off.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education.

• One year of experience in customer service via call center in any sector (most recent experience from 2024 to 2026).

• Must own a PC or laptop with a minimum of 8GB RAM and Windows 10 or 11 Pro.

• Fixed internet connection with a speed of 50 megabytes.

• Internet service providers: Claro, Movistar, or Entel (only these are accepted).

• Headphones with a microphone or headset required.

• Must reside in Lima or Callao (mandatory).
