Cadence & Prelude Solutions Analyst – Install

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, document, and implement solution functionalities.

• Construct, test, and maintain features based on specifications and requirements.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve intricate technical issues.

• Enhance processes and introduce innovative solutions.

• Ensure alignment of technical strategies with business goals.

• Work collaboratively with non-technical stakeholders to connect technology with organizational objectives.

• Partner with various departments on project implementations.

• Resolve member maintenance concerns.

• Generate and refine technical documentation.

• Assist in process enhancement and promote cross-functional team collaboration.

• Cultivate skills and expertise in technical design, analysis, and system improvements.

• Provide on-site Go Live support during necessary national travel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Certification or proficiency in Epic Cadence or Prelude.

• Experience in building Epic Cadence or Prelude is mandatory.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is preferred.

• Experience, certification, or proficiency in Referrals is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel 20–25% nationally for on-site Go Live support.

• Excellent communication skills with application teams, technical team members, and end users.

• Demonstrated integrity and accountability.

• A process-driven and detail-oriented mindset.

• Ability to make data-driven decisions.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-focused.

• Capacity to complete a 50–60-minute competency assessment prior to the team interview.

• Ability to work independently and effectively from a home office setting.
