CAD Technician I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Convert engineering ideas into accurate, high-quality CAD drawings

• Create comprehensive construction plans, topographical profiles, and maps

• Plot cross-sections and contour information

• Collaborate with survey crews in the field to collect measurements

• Calculate rights-of-way and design street layouts

• Design concrete and steel structures for pipeline systems

• Generate both preliminary and final sketches

• Enhance drawings in collaboration with engineering teams

• Produce as-built documentation for finished projects

⛳️ Requirements

• AutoCAD assessment required for shortlisted candidates

• Proficient working knowledge of AutoCAD

• Exceptional communication abilities

• Associate of Applied Science degree (AAS) in Design and Drafting Technology is highly preferred
