CAD Drafter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create drawings based on engineering and/or field markups for designers and engineers.

• Develop drawings and permit exhibits.

• Manage CAD coordination for various projects.

• Oversee initial drawing setup, preparation of submittals, and ongoing project assistance.

• Aid in file management, which includes scanning, plotting, creating and updating project drawing lists, and general drawing oversight.

• Prepare drawings necessary for permits.

• Adhere to requirements set forth by local villages, road and rail authorities, and other entities.

• Implement company and industry standards, guidelines, specifications, practices, and procedures.

• Archive CAD files in accordance with company standards.

• Review, interpret, and apply client standards on a project-by-project basis.

• Communicate and coordinate project activities with internal team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience or technical training in AutoCAD and Revit.

• High school diploma is mandatory.

• Ability to effectively interface and collaborate with other team members.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail and quality.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Proficient in AutoCAD or Revit.

• Capacity to comply with local village, road, and rail authority regulations.

• Capability to apply company standards, guidelines, specifications, practices, and procedures.

• Ability to review, interpret, and implement client standards.
