CA Licensed Mental Health Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy services to patients in outpatient environments utilizing empirically supported treatment methods.

• Work alongside a multidisciplinary treatment team to develop and implement tailored treatment plans.

• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Engage in scheduled clinical supervision, consultation meetings, and team discussions.

• Follow structured therapy protocols and established models of care.

• Effectively respond to clinical emergencies and adhere to established risk-management protocols.

• Deliver evidence-based clinical care to individuals enrolled in outpatient programs.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments.

• Ensure prompt completion of clinical documentation to support continuity of care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Social Work.

• Current independent clinical licensure in California (LCSW or LMFT).

• Previous clinical experience in Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), hospitals, or medical center settings is highly preferred.

• Proven expertise in evidence-based treatments for mood, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders.

• Skilled in using telehealth platforms and conducting remote clinical work.

• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and clinical documentation abilities.

• Experience in managing acute psychiatric situations, including crisis intervention and safety planning (preferred).

• Capacity to work independently while effectively contributing to a collaborative team setting (preferred).

• Over 2 years of post-licensure experience.

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Active, independent clinical license in California (LCSW or LMFT).
