C# Developer – Mid-Level/Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create screens, reports, features, and business rules in C# according to provided specifications.

• Write clean and maintainable code by adhering to software development best practices.

• Produce high-quality, testable code within established deadlines.

• Engage in technical meetings to enhance understanding of project requirements.

• Recognize the implications of deliverables and explore agile methods for their execution.

• Acquire knowledge of new tools and programming languages.

• Comprehend the architecture, modeling, and design of the solution, and translate these into code.

• Detect issues and obstacles that could impact timelines.

• Encourage the adoption of best practices within the team.

• Seek out solutions to facilitate deliverables.

• Identify problems in the existing codebase and implement enhancements.

• Mentor less experienced developers.

• Provide assistance to developers during the manager’s absence, as needed.

• Utilize the CMCorp framework.

• Assess risks and impacts linked to new implementations or changes in products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related area.

• Strong experience with C# back-end development and SQL Server or Oracle databases.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).

• Experience with HR ERP systems, especially in personnel administration and payroll modules.

• Background in developing RESTful APIs.

• Proficient in .NET Core, Web Forms, and MVC.

• Experience with Azure DevOps.

• Understanding of DDD, SOLID principles, and design patterns.

• Secure software development experience.

• Knowledge of programming best practices, including Clean Code.

• Proficiency in Visual Studio.

• Experience with Git and/or Team Foundation Server (TFS).

• Awareness of system performance best practices.

• Experience with microservices.

• Preferred qualifications: Microsoft certifications; RabbitMQ/Kafka; Redis; Elasticsearch; NoSQL databases (Datastore, MongoDB, and DynamoDB); software testing (TDD/BDD); React and Angular.
