C++ Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Create distributed network virtualization software that operates on the Linux networking stack.

• Design and implement networking and security software solutions.

• Collaborate with a small, dedicated team.

• Contribute to the development of innovative and secure networking solutions used by millions globally.

• Keep abreast of the latest advancements and engage in discussions regarding OpenVPN.

• Interact with the OpenVPN community on platforms such as GitHub, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in the computer networking and/or network security sector.

• Proficient in C and C++ programming, including C++20 and later versions, for networking and security applications.

• Familiarity with the CMake build system.

• Knowledge of RAII and concurrency concepts, including std::memory_order.

• Thorough understanding of TCP/IP, sockets, and IP routing.

• Knowledge of TLS, PKI, encryption, and authentication protocols.

• Experience with Amazon Web Services, particularly in utilizing AWS services.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Familiarity with OpenVPN, OpenSSL, IPsec, Asio, Rust, AWS, and Linux kernel development is advantageous.
