📋 Description

• Carry out procurement activities for materials, equipment, and services in accordance with project timelines and organizational requirements.

• Identify, assess, and collaborate with suppliers to guarantee quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely deliveries.

• Prepare and oversee purchase orders, contracts, and associated documentation.

• Collaborate with engineering, construction, logistics, and project management teams to facilitate project execution.

• Monitor orders, address issues, and proactively manage risks related to supply, cost, and schedule.

• Promote continuous enhancement in procurement processes and supplier performance.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and ethical sourcing practices.

• Provide reports on purchasing activities to stakeholders with financial considerations.

• Source materials and services throughout the lifecycle of utility-scale solar and energy projects.

• Proven experience utilizing technological tools for data analysis.

• Background in collaborating with teams to successfully complete projects.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Procurement, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Statistics, or Data Science.

• Eligibility to work remotely within the United States.

• Must adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and ethical sourcing practices.

• Must successfully complete a drug test where mandated by state law.
