Business Transformation Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +26 more states.

📋 Description

• Gain insights into the responsibilities of the Business Transformation team.

• Support process mapping initiatives throughout all Grow Financial business units.

• Record processes and collect relevant data.

• Evaluate extensive datasets across various systems.

• Transform data into actionable recommendations.

• Contribute to additional Business Transformation projects.

• Work closely with subject-matter experts and collaborate with different areas of the credit union.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled as a student pursuing a degree at the University of South Florida, University of Tampa, or University of South Carolina.

• A minimum of one year of prior work experience is required.

• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Experience with Visio or other visualization tools is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.

• Ability to work independently is essential.

• Capable of mastering complex skills or software with minimal supervision.

• Must be able to sit for extended periods.

• Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and typing in English.

• Must be able to hear and use a telephone.

• Ability to operate a computer with repetitive keystrokes.

• Must be willing and able to collaborate on camera using Microsoft Teams and Cisco WebEx.

• Availability during standard business hours, 8:00am–5:00pm Monday–Friday, with a maximum schedule of 29 hours per week.

• Must not be in F-1 or J-1 status; Grow Financial does not sponsor work visas.
