Business Transformation Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of enterprise KPI reporting, ensuring data integrity, managing reporting cycles, and overseeing version control.

• Evaluate performance trends while pinpointing emerging risks and opportunities.

• Generate reporting and insights suitable for executives, the Board, and investors.

• Deliver presentations to executive-level leadership.

• Create performance diagnostics and establish early warning indicators.

• Transform complex data and stakeholder feedback into materials and recommendations tailored for executives.

• Assist with communications regarding transformations and updates for leadership.

• Collaborate with Finance and Transformation Office leadership to link initiative progress, KPI performance, and business results.

• Provide analytical support for strategic priorities, in-depth analyses, and special projects.

• Design dashboards utilizing Power BI.

• Develop weekly materials for the Executive Leadership Team and support monthly Senior Leadership Team, Board, and other transformation governance meetings.

• Monitor action items, decisions, and commitments across various transformation workstreams.

• Gather, validate, and synthesize updates from business leaders and initiative owners.

• Recognize execution risks, reporting gaps, and inconsistencies that require attention from leadership.

• Uphold governance processes, trackers, and reporting systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, transformation, FP&A, business analytics, or a similar analytical role.

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or comparable analytics tools is preferred.

• Proven experience in developing dashboards.

• Capability to distill fragmented and ambiguous inputs into concise, actionable insights.

• Outstanding attention to detail and a dedication to delivering accurate, audit-ready results.

• Strong organizational abilities and the aptitude to handle multiple priorities while ensuring follow-through.

• Comfortable engaging directly with senior leaders and facilitating executive decision-making.

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related discipline.

• Approximately 2 years of experience in management consulting or a similar client- or stakeholder-facing analytical position.

• Strong data and Excel proficiency.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States; the employer will not sponsor work visas or OPT.
