Business Systems Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist national and regional marketing, legal compliance, system integration, custom reporting, and data analytics teams.

• Engage in planning meetings and developing presentations/collateral.

• Provide prompt and precise responses to internal customer inquiries.

• Collaborate with the team to creatively address challenges.

• Work autonomously to complete a capstone project and deliver a presentation.

• Take part in the 10-week summer internship program.

• Attend executive speaker series, business segment overviews, mentor relationships, site visits, community outreach, and networking opportunities.

• Deliver a final capstone project presentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expected to graduate between December 2027 and May 2028.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or Information Systems.

• Possess curiosity and a strong desire to learn.

• Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to adapt.

• Have a quantitative background showcasing analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Familiar with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.

• Maintain a high standard of accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines.

• Possess project management skills to create project plans, track and monitor progress, and meet production and delivery deadlines.
