This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define the architecture and integration standards for essential business applications.
• Establish ownership of systems, data flows, integration points, and reliable sources of truth.
• Ensure effective collaboration between ServiceNow, ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other related platforms.
• Assess solutions based on scalability, security, integration, and business needs.
• Configure and develop workflows, forms, integrations, and automation within ServiceNow.
• Provide support for ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, EAM, CMDB, and associated capabilities.
• Convert business and operational processes into standardized workflows.
• Minimize manual approvals, duplicate entries, handoffs, and offline tracking.
• Uphold ServiceNow development standards, documentation, and release controls.
• Assist with the implementation, integration, testing, and data migration of ERP and other business systems.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Commercial, Operations, and IT teams to outline requirements.
• Aid in system enhancements, configurations, integrations, and problem resolution.
• Coordinate with vendors and implementation partners regarding technical deliverables.
• Set up system governance, access controls, change management, and support processes.
• Maintain application roadmaps, documentation, and integration inventories.
• Promote user adoption of standardized systems and workflows.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and eliminate shadow systems.
• Over 7 years of experience in supporting enterprise business systems architecture, implementation, and integration.
• Practical experience in developing and administering ServiceNow, including workflow automation, integrations, and platform configuration.
• Background in supporting ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other enterprise systems within complex environments.
• Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, data architecture, and workflow automation.
• Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable technical solutions.
• Capability to work collaboratively across Finance, HR, Operations, Commercial, and IT departments.
• Experience in managing third-party vendors, implementation partners, and technical consultants.
• Strong skills in documentation, governance, and change management.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
