Business Solutions Manager – MSP, Systems of Record

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and act as the subject matter expert for the technological components of crucial operational systems of record, including core loan servicing, default management, imaging, correspondence, and SBX platforms.

• Collaborate on the development, maintenance, support, testing, implementation, and operation of technical systems.

• Ensure smooth integration between enterprise applications and third-party vendors.

• Lead the Business Solutions process for operating, securing, and conducting daily technical functions of key systems of record.

• Establish, maintain, and report on system performance SLAs.

• Drive business solutions initiatives throughout their lifecycle to foster revenue growth and cost-saving opportunities.

• Manage information requests from prospective clients, auditors, regulatory bodies, and product providers.

• Act as the primary liaison with external partners and vendors throughout the system lifecycle.

• Develop an understanding of customer behavior and support the development of new product offerings.

• Collaborate with IT leadership to create technology roadmaps.

• Develop, implement, and assist in training personnel on product offerings.

• Work with stakeholders across the organization to enhance the product line.

• Collaborate with and supervise IT program and project managers, ensuring documentation of scope, budget, risks, and business requirements.

• Prepare executive updates on ongoing solutions.

• Serve as the subject matter expert for systems compliance and collaborate with compliance groups.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, business, finance, or a related field is required.

• Technical or operational leadership experience in a mortgage servicing or lending environment.

• Experience in managing large-scale projects and service providers.

• Proven track record of delivering measurable results to the organization.

• Ability to recruit, build, develop, and lead diverse teams of skilled resources in a directly managed setting.

• Capability to identify, collect, and analyze operational performance data, market research data, and related information.

• Demonstrated ability to manage projects on time and within budget, involving multiple layers of service providers and both internal and external stakeholders.

• Expertise in building consensus and fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
