Business Solutions Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Conduct data analysis and produce detailed weekly reports.

• Discover new reporting opportunities to enhance client engagement with the Spreetail offerings.

• Proactively identify potential reconciliation challenges related to brand client payments, shipping, or performance metrics.

• Offer solutions to identify, resolve, or rectify issues promptly.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to enhance processes and improve the customer experience.

• Oversee and coordinate projects to guarantee timely delivery.

• Analyze data, pinpoint and address issues, and manage projects to facilitate efficient and effective solutions for key accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in a pertinent field (e.g., Business, Analytics, Supply Chain Operations).

• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to gather, organize, analyze, and share substantial amounts of information.

• Proficient in data analysis tools and methodologies, including SQL Server and Power BI.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset for finding solutions.

• Experience in an e-commerce fulfillment setting with expertise in 3PL.

• Availability for a remote work setup.

• Desktop or laptop equipped with a 4th generation or higher processor, at least Intel i3 or equivalent.

• Minimum of 4GB RAM.

• Operating system: Windows 10 or above, or Mac OSX.

• Wired DSL, cable, or fiber internet connection with a minimum 10 Mbps plan for primary use.

• PC headset.

• HD external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution.
