This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Oversee process enhancement initiatives aimed at boosting efficiency, quality, customer satisfaction, and operational performance using Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Assess business processes, workflows, operational metrics, and performance data to pinpoint gaps, risks, dependencies, and areas ripe for improvement.
• Lead process mapping, value stream mapping, root cause analysis, Kaizen events, and problem-solving workshops with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Create current-state and future-state process designs that simplify operations and align with strategic business goals.
• Define success metrics, monitor outcomes, and prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for business stakeholders and leadership.
• Assist in change management by documenting enhancements, communicating process adjustments, aiding in implementation planning, and suggesting mitigation strategies.
• Foster operational excellence by disseminating best practices, improvement tools, and process optimization strategies across enterprise initiatives.
• Collaborate with business leaders, Lean Six Sigma Black Belts, subject matter experts, and operational teams in Customer Experience functional areas.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of five years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, business operations, project management, business analysis, or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is mandatory.
• Proven experience in leading improvement initiatives that resulted in measurable business outcomes.
• Solid understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience in facilitating process mapping, root cause analysis, Kaizen events, and process redesign activities.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the proficiency to interpret data and convert findings into actionable recommendations.
• Demonstrated progress toward Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Experience in developing customer journey maps and conducting journey mapping workshops.
• Familiarity with workflow visualization and productivity tools.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and projects concurrently.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Results-driven mindset with robust problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Video cameras are required to be utilized during all interviews and throughout the first week of orientation.
