Business Process Analyst – Kinaxis

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee the administration of the Kinaxis platform, focusing on security, roles, and performance monitoring.

• Create tailored logic and calculations to meet specific needs.

• Handle the management of data models, mappings, structures, and hierarchies.

• Assist with data loading, transforming, and validating processes.

• Develop "what-if" scenarios based on business requirements.

• Create dashboards, reports, and automation solutions.

• Manage the Kinaxis Development, Testing, and Production environments, ensuring alignment with Oracle EBS environments.

• Facilitate the integration of Kinaxis with Oracle EBS and other enterprise systems in collaboration with the Development team.

• Support demand, supply, inventory, and S&OP / IBP processes within the Kinaxis application.

• Collaborate with Business Analysts to understand requirements and formulate technical solutions.

• Serve as a change champion within the business context.

• Aid in testing, deployments, and continuous production support.

• Foster stakeholder engagement, training, and user adoption efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• 5 years of practical experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response.

• Strong knowledge of demand management and supply chain planning.

• Experience in ERP integration (Oracle, Salesforce.com, and other Enterprise Applications).

• Excellent analytical and communication capabilities.

• Kinaxis certification is preferred.

• Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred.

• Familiarity with Service Now ITSM is preferred.

• Knowledge of API and automation is preferred.

• Experience in a global enterprise setting is preferred.
