This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Overall accountability for the business domain and processes related to customer service and sales/network.
• Lead and oversee the business community.
• Assist in the development and prioritization of requirements.
• Drive achievement of targets and standardization of the platform.
• Serve as the liaison to the general contractor, Accenture’s Product Owner.
• Take ownership of processes, functionality, data, and technical implementation.
• Manage customer master data and business partner relationships, in addition to contract oversight.
• Oversee sales processes from lead generation to contract finalization.
• Develop customer contact management systems, customer history, case, ticket, and complaint management.
• Integrate CRM, customer portals, and self-service solutions.
• Design digital customer journeys, online contract finalization, and digital service workflows.
• Implement omnichannel integration across various platforms, including portals, email, telephone, and chat.
• Establish consistent standards and target operating models.
• Identify opportunities for automation and potential optimizations.
• Detail, manage, and prioritize requirements while developing roadmaps.
• Lead the community, offer functional leadership, and engage subject-matter experts.
• Proactively interact with customers.
• Represent TAP in committees, at trade fairs, and during sales meetings.
• Occasionally coordinate with customers, general contractors, and management companies, and participate in team events.
• Completed degree in business information systems, business administration, engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in the energy utility sector.
• Extensive knowledge of the business area, including statutory and regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Experience with SAP IS-U and SAP S/4HANA Utilities.
• Strong methodological expertise in community management and in structuring and presenting complex topics.
• Proficient in KPI and performance management.
• Assertive with the ability to influence without formal authority.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities when collaborating with service providers and related business areas.
• Highly proactive customer and service orientation.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes.
