This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Oversee recurring business rhythms, leadership meetings, and operational cadences, including the preparation of agendas, materials, action items, and follow-up activities.
• Provide program administration and coordination for strategic initiatives spanning multiple workstreams.
• Develop and sustain project plans, status reports, risk and issue logs, as well as other governance materials for programs.
• Monitor project dependencies, deliverables, decisions, and action items to ensure accountability and timely execution.
• Create, manage, and organize team SharePoint sites along with other knowledge-management resources.
• Take ownership of and continually enhance onboarding documentation, processes, and team resources.
• Maintain repositories for team documentation, knowledge bases, and collaboration tools, including OneNote.
• Coordinate management information and reporting to guarantee that leadership receives timely and precise updates.
• Assist with resource planning, forecasting, and tracking as needed across various projects and programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to pinpoint operational gaps and implement process enhancements.
• Organize and, when appropriate, lead meetings, forums, and working sessions to support program objectives.
• Aid colleagues with program processes, tools, documentation standards, and knowledge-management practices.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in program management, project management, or a closely related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in supporting business operations, program administration, and/or executive stakeholders.
• Over 2 years of hands-on experience in SharePoint administration and knowledge management.
• Demonstrated experience in managing recurring business rhythms, governance forums, leadership meetings, or operational cadences.
• Proven capability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives, manage dependencies, track action items, and drive accountability.
• Experience in developing project plans, status reports, meeting materials, and communications aimed at executives.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple workstreams and shifting priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with demonstrated stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret information and convert it into actionable insights.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in supporting senior leadership teams within a large, complex technology or enterprise environment.
• Practical experience in designing, building, and maintaining SharePoint sites.
• Experience managing OneNote notebooks, team documentation repositories, or centralized knowledge bases.
• Knowledge of information architecture, content organization, and content governance best practices.
• Experience in developing or enhancing onboarding programs and related documentation.
• Familiarity with standardizing or automating operational processes to boost team productivity.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and common project/program management tools.
• Experience in supporting resource planning, forecasting, budget/spend tracking, or related operational reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for operational improvement and independently lead solutions through to implementation.
