📋 Description

• Lead intricate, cross-departmental initiatives that further pod-level goals

• Recognize opportunities, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment among stakeholders

• Develop and implement scalable workflows and processes from concept to execution

• Enhance efficiency, reliability, and throughput within the designated area

• Utilize data tools to derive insights and validate hypotheses

• Consolidate findings into actionable recommendations that inform pod and organizational priorities

• Strategize, implement, and deliver projects comprehensively

• Establish objectives, timelines, and metrics for success

• Foster accountability across teams without formal authority

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in operational roles within high-growth companies

• Experience in consulting, finance, or business operations is preferred but not mandatory

• Capability to break down complex issues into structured, testable elements

• Comfort with navigating ambiguity

• Proficiency in AI and data tools, including Looker, Excel, SQL, and data dashboards

• Skill in designing scalable systems, workflows, playbooks, and standards

• Ability to coordinate resources and align priorities across various teams

• Capacity to make decisions while considering downstream effects

• Passion for enhancing access to affordable mental healthcare

• Must have authorization to work in the United States for any employer
