Business Operations Lead Analyst – Scores

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of royalty and revenue recognition analysis for CRAs and new partners.

• Enhance and automate quality checks and reconciliations to safeguard reporting accuracy across various revenue streams.

• Collaborate with Scores stakeholders, including Finance and Technology teams, as well as executive and C-suite leadership.

• Execute reporting and analysis initiatives effectively.

• Address internal stakeholder requests for data, reporting, and insights promptly.

• Provide senior-level expertise in data extraction, management, and pipelining.

• Standardize analytical methodologies and improve the Scoring Operations ETLA process.

• Determine the delivery format of analysis via dashboards, reports, and ad hoc recommendations.

• Lead ad hoc projects and analyses as needed.

• Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated work experience in a relevant industry such as finance, fintech, or banking.

• Familiarity with financial data and bureau data.

• Proven capability to extract, develop, and communicate insights from complex and ambiguous data into clear, actionable findings.

• Extensive expertise in active data extraction and data management.

• Strong technical skills in SQL, Snowflake, Python, advanced Excel, and BI/data visualization tools like Tableau.

• Senior-level expertise in ETLA (Extract, Transform, Load, and Analyze) processes.

• Experience in writing queries and managing data ownership.

• Ability to independently research and analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends and anomalies.

• Capability to review contracts for terms and pricing that impact revenue reporting.

• Strong critical-thinking skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Management, Operations, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
