📋 Description

• Develop and implement customized asset finance solutions to suit customer requirements.

• Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives aligned with business goals.

• Execute the Scania Financial Services sales strategy across the designated territory.

• Actively oversee the dealer region.

• Work in collaboration with dealers to promote and create finance solutions that enhance vehicle sales.

• Establish trust and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, potential clients, customers, advisors, and vendors.

• Improve the finance knowledge of vehicle sales teams through mentorship and support.

• Prepare and present reports, sales forecasts, and tactical sales initiatives.

• Engage in dealer sales meetings to reinforce partnerships and improve sales performance.
