This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Leading Virtual Key Account Managers and Medical Connection Agents across various project teams for pharmaceutical clients

• Creating analyses and management reports for clients

• Making the impact of projects transparent and generating maximum client value

• Managing clients and stakeholders at the project level

• Collaborating with Business Excellence, HR, Finance, IT, and fellow Business Leaders

• Reporting to the Executive Director of the BeNeLux

• Acting as project leader for multiple initiatives carried out by the sales teams

• Serving as the primary contact for pharmaceutical clients

⛳️ Requirements

• Recognized HBO/academic qualifications

• Proven track record in the pharmaceutical industry

• Experience in sales management, including leading a field sales team

• Seasoned manager/coach with experience in pharmaceutical sales management

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with data analysis, making recommendations, and preparing reports

• Ability to present credibly to senior managers in the pharmaceutical industry

• Capable of managing multiple projects for various audiences, brands, and pharmaceutical companies simultaneously

• Proficient with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Co-pilot

• Skilled in MS 365, including Teams, and other general office software
