This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of Primer's go-to-market (GTM) intelligence framework by maintaining and enhancing the dashboards and data models that underpin the operations and decision-making of our GTM teams.
• Keep the AI in our business intelligence (BI) tool sharp by continuously training and refining the AI model within Omni.
• Collaborate with data engineering to enhance performance and fill existing gaps by managing the semantic data layer and transformation logic.
• Highlight pipeline and account intelligence by developing models and dashboards that extend beyond traditional historical reporting.
• Accurately model Salesforce data to ensure CRM data is well-structured, appropriately modeled, and fully utilized in reporting.
• Create models that inform revenue decisions by partnering with RevOps to craft data models that assess potential return on investment (ROI).
• Oversee the foundational GTM data by establishing and upholding field definitions, naming conventions, and data quality standards.
• Develop the AI context layer for GTM by creating and maintaining a shared knowledge infrastructure.
• Construct GTM AI workflows with Claude at the center, collaborating with GTM stakeholders and Primer's AI Strategy & Enablement Lead.
• Take ownership of adoption and impact, ensuring that the rollout is successful and enduring.
• Foster self-service data literacy by coaching GTM stakeholders to independently explore data.
• Stay ahead of advancements in the AI landscape by proactively evaluating new AI tools and features.
• 3-5 years of experience in a data analytics, business intelligence (BI), or revenue operations position.
• Proficiency in SQL - You can write SQL fluently, utilizing joins, window functions, and aggregations to directly interrogate a data warehouse and understand data modeling, not just querying.
• Hands-on experience with AI - You regularly use AI tools in your work, have developed workflows or automations using large language models (LLMs), and possess a solid understanding of their functionality to make them consistently useful.
• Strong knowledge of APIs and managed cloud platforms (MCPs) - You know how to extract data from APIs, initiate actions through them, and think in terms of integrations.
• Experience with CRM data - You comprehend how Salesforce (or similar CRM) data is organized, identify common issues, and know how to model it for accurate reporting and AI integration.
• Effective communicator with a coaching mindset - You can clearly convey data and AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders and are committed to enhancing their capabilities rather than simply performing tasks for them.
• High degree of autonomy in uncertain environments - You do not wait for problems to be fully defined; you identify opportunities, make a compelling case, and take initiative to create solutions.
