Business Development Manager – Software Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Assume full responsibility for the growth and management of Convene's business within the designated region (Domestic / International).

• Develop a comprehensive business plan tailored to the assigned region.

• Oversee sales and marketing initiatives in collaboration with the team to achieve set goals and targets.

• Regularly report on planned versus actual business objectives to the board and management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in SAAS Software sales, particularly with BFSI customers and government agencies.

• Strong analytical skills and a curious mindset to anticipate and communicate market trends.

• Proficient in presenting the company's values and products as a brand ambassador.

• Capable of smoothly managing various sales cycles from start to finish to achieve sales objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT (B. Tech / B.E.).

• Any graduate with at least 5 years of experience in an IT or software organization.

• MBA or PGDM in Marketing.

• Must possess a pleasant personality, professional demeanor, and be an effective communicator, presenter, and negotiator.

• Should provide tangible evidence of past performance.

• Preference for candidates willing to travel (domestic and international) and communicate in foreign languages.

• Must be flexible and open to working according to international time zones.
