This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Identify, assess, and onboard strategic partners, such as ISVs, SaaS platforms, marketplaces, resellers, as well as commerce and technology partners.

• Manage and expand the regional partner portfolio while establishing long-term, trustworthy relationships.

• Create and implement local partnership strategies that align with company objectives.

• Oversee the entire partnership lifecycle, from sourcing to performance tracking and optimization.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, Finance, and local teams.

• Drive revenue generated by partners and monitor KPIs, local market trends, partner performance, and the competitive landscape.

• Serve as a vital connection between local stakeholders and central teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances.

• Demonstrated success working with technology, SaaS, platform, or reseller partners.

• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and partner-driven growth models.

• Robust commercial mindset and negotiation skills.

• Comfortable collaborating across functions in an international setting.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficient in both English and German.
