This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize sellers and brands within the Musical Instruments sector
• Develop a robust and distinctive pipeline of sellers and brands
• Examine market trends, demand indicators, and assortment deficiencies
• Define the acquisition and growth strategy for the category
• Independently manage the entire sales cycle from outreach and business case development to contract negotiation and deal closure
• Address prospective sellers’ commercial, operational, and technical needs in collaboration with internal teams
• Assist new partners with marketplace processes to ensure smooth onboarding and successful launch
• Maintain and expand a designated seller portfolio across various countries, categories, and products
• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with sellers while representing refurbed’s interests
• Represent refurbed at industry exhibitions, events, and conferences
• Over 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Partnerships
• Experience preferably in marketplace, retail, or e-commerce settings, collaborating with brands and resellers
• Proficient in English
• Additional European languages, such as German or Italian, are highly desirable
• Demonstrated success in closing enterprise-level deals
• Experience in managing comprehensive sales cycles from start to finish and/or in managing and expanding accounts
• Excellent communication, influencing, persuasion, and commercial insight skills
