Business Development Manager – BDM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through both self-generated and company-supplied leads.

• Engage in face-to-face and virtual meetings to assess customer needs effectively.

• Customize and present digital marketing solutions tailored to client requirements.

• Negotiate and finalize deals with both new and existing customers.

• Contribute to revenue growth initiatives.

• Cultivate client relationships to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

• Offer ongoing account management for up to 12 months following a sale.

• Perform comprehensive data analyses to uncover potential growth avenues.

• Enhance client ROI and foster long-term customer success.

• Collaborate within the Field Sales team to meet collective objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in sales, particularly in Field Sales or high-achieving telesales roles.

• Strong skills in relationship building and negotiation.

• Ability to remain resilient and maintain a positive attitude when facing objections.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for presentations.

• Experience in solution selling or SaaS is advantageous but not mandatory.

• A valid UK driving license is essential.

• Must have no more than 6 points on the driving license.
