Business Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Identify and acquire new traffic partners, including CPA networks, webmasters, and media buying teams.

• Seek out partners through cold outreach, industry discussions, and personal networking.

• Engage in initial negotiations to agree on traffic types, rates, funnels, and commercial terms.

• Qualify potential partners and collaborate with Launch/Affiliate Managers to facilitate partner onboarding.

• Monitor the affiliate market, competitor activities, emerging teams, traffic sources, and industry trends.

• Participate in international industry events, conferences, and professional communities to broaden the partner network.

• Represent the company at international conferences.

• Independently develop outreach processes and investigate unconventional traffic sources.

• Manage and prioritize high-volume tasks while ensuring attention to detail.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of experience in Affiliate Marketing as a Business Development Manager, Affiliate Manager, or Sales Manager.

• Experience in the iGaming sector is highly advantageous.

• In-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing principles, key metrics, funnels, and traffic sources.

• Familiarity with SEO, PPC, ASO, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram, and related traffic channels.

• Strong understanding of key players in the iGaming market and partner acquisition channels.

• Proven success in negotiations, establishing long-term partnerships, and presenting commercial value.

• Experience attending industry conferences.

• Legal and physical capability to travel internationally.

• Ability to connect with a variety of partner profiles and resolve issues in a constructive manner.

• Capacity to independently create outreach processes and demonstrate initiative.

• Excellent time management, prioritization, attention to detail, and analytical skills.

• Adaptability in fast-paced market environments and a strong focus on results.
