📋 Description

• Enhance and cultivate dealer relationships through trust, collaboration, and sales support.

• Leverage programs, promotions, tools, and technology to assist dealers in boosting their revenue.

• Identify new business opportunities, finalize deals, and broaden Hunter Douglas’s reach within the territory.

• Establish territory objectives, assess performance, and implement sales strategies.

• Represent Hunter Douglas by providing dealer training, merchandising, and promotional support.

• Utilize Salesforce, Sales Analytics, Highspot, M365, and other resources to monitor performance.

• Oversee and develop a strategic sales territory in Arizona.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least three years of experience in B2B and/or B2C sales.

• Experience with dealer networks is advantageous.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Hunter Douglas window covering products is beneficial.

• High energy, self-driven motivation, and an entrepreneurial attitude.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Capability to convert data into effective sales strategies.

• Aptitude for balancing autonomy and collaboration in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to spend considerable time traveling.

• Must reside in Tucson, Arizona.
