This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Expand First Table's restaurant network throughout Glasgow, Edinburgh, and Newcastle.
• Identify and engage potential restaurant partners.
• Understand the needs of prospects and convey how First Table can enhance their business.
• Manage new business opportunities from the initial conversation to onboarding.
• Provide support to existing partners when necessary.
• Meet with restaurant owners and operators in person.
• Leverage market insights, data, and local knowledge to develop a robust pipeline.
• Enroll new restaurants within the designated territory.
• Identify acquisition targets and monitor them in the CRM system.
• Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
• Conduct research on prospects to evaluate sales potential and profitability.
• Acquire new business in alignment with established targets.
• Implement a call cycle to ensure a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to uncover new opportunities.
• Attend relevant trade shows and industry events as required.
• Address and convert warm incoming inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless partner experience.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, field sales, partnerships, or account management.
• Ideally possess experience in hospitality, food tech, or SaaS industries.
• Demonstrable track record of achieving or surpassing targets.
• Ability to quickly build rapport and convert opportunities into long-lasting partnerships.
• Familiarity with the hospitality industry and existing contacts is a significant advantage.
• Self-motivated with a commercial mindset.
• Comfortable working independently within the assigned territory.
• Tech-savvy and proficient with CRMs, video conferencing tools, and sales platforms.
• Possess a full, valid UK driving license.
• Have access to a reliable vehicle.
• Must reside in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Newcastle, or be well-positioned to cover the territory.
• Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
