This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Drive incremental business growth with travel partners located in North UK and Ireland.
• Expand business through current partners while seeking new partnership opportunities.
• Oversee accounts and cultivate strategic partnerships.
• Enhance sales and marketing efforts to maximize return on investment.
• Achieve established regional sales, revenue, and guest acquisition objectives.
• Balance in-person account visits, training sessions, industry events, and virtual engagements.
• Strategically organize meetings both in-person and via video conferencing.
• Develop relationships and influence stakeholders ranging from luxury travel advisors to senior executives.
• Represent Regent Seven Seas Cruises as an ambassador.
• Provide outstanding service, bolster brand advocacy, and identify opportunities to acquire new guests for Regent.
• Prioritize daily tasks in a dynamic sales environment.
• Travel up to 50% within the specified region in a field-based capacity in the North of the UK.
• Engage in weekly team conference calls with the Director of Sales.
• Share updates on relationships, attended events, and leads generated.
• Stay informed about current RSSC sales campaigns and their deployment to boost sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Higher education is preferred, or a combination of extensive industry experience is desirable.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales, ideally in luxury sales/cruise, travel, or hospitality sectors.
• Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, or other CRM systems.
• Proficient computer skills and expertise in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Experience in project management.
• Demonstrated sales success with identifiable commercial skills developed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and dedicated to achieving exceptional commercial outcomes.
• Strong presentation, communication, and influencing abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-service focus in a collaborative environment.
• Capability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Valid driving license.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the UK.
• Opportunities to engage with Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings’ global cruise brands.
• Involvement in face-to-face account visits, training sessions, industry events, and virtual engagements as part of the role.
• Field-based position requiring travel across the UK and Ireland region.
