📋 Description

• Establish and nurture high-level connections with both existing and potential clients.

• Analyze the competitive landscape while actively engaging in networking and relationship development.

• Perform market research to gain insights into industry trends and customer requirements.

• Create business proposals and contracts aimed at attracting clients and boosting revenue.

• Collaborate with the Marketing department to improve B2B communications.

• Oversee key client accounts, delivering outstanding customer service, addressing escalations, and promoting Moneybase services.

• Prepare financial forecasts and assess company objectives.

• Report critical metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of business development strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

• 4+ years of pertinent experience in business development, sales, or account management positions.

• Previous experience in financial services or Fintech is preferred.

• Demonstrated success in creating a robust pipeline of opportunities.

• Proven experience in conducting and negotiating deals.

• Ability to work hands-on, creatively, and effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities and clients simultaneously.

• Strong ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with colleagues, managers, external partners, and clients.

• Outstanding presentation and communication skills.

• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
