Business Development Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email marketing, cold calling, and various other platforms.

• Establish connections with accounting firms and businesses in the UK or US markets.

• Arrange meetings for the senior sales team.

• Regularly follow up with prospects and nurture relationships.

• Create proposals, presentations, and introductory emails.

• Maintain the CRM and update sales activities accordingly.

• Collaborate closely with the marketing team for campaigns and lead generation efforts.

• Conduct research on target companies and key decision-makers.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.

• Background in Accounting Outsourcing / KPO business development.

• Strong understanding of the UK & US accounting industry.

• Preferably a background in accounting outsourcing, bookkeeping, taxation, or related services.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confidence in cold calling and email correspondence.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and lead generation tools.

• A positive attitude and a target-oriented mindset.

• Basic knowledge of accounting terminology is a plus.

• B.com qualification is required.

• Candidates should be between 18-30 years of age.

• A commitment of 1 year is essential.
