Business Development Contractor – Discovery Call Generation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Identify and target accounts that have extensive distributed or uniformed frontline workforces on a large scale.

• Source potential accounts in sectors such as retail, quick service restaurants (QSR), facilities, industrial, hospitality, and logistics.

• Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and events.

• Connect with the relevant operations or procurement decision-makers.

• Assess prospects based on their fit and scale.

• Schedule and participate in discovery calls with Boolanga.

• Transition accounts completely after the discovery call.

• Boolanga will lead the discovery call and manage follow-ups, proposals, negotiations, and delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.

• Proven ability to personally schedule senior-level meetings through outbound efforts.

• Familiarity with reaching and qualifying operations or procurement buyers.

• Experience in at least one of the following regions: Middle East, East Asia, or Africa.

• Capability to work independently with your own list and methods.

• Comfortable with a contractor role.

• Must independently source accounts.

• Required to register each account for approval prior to contact.

• Must utilize the outreach address provided by Boolanga.

• Should reach a designated operations or procurement decision-maker, avoiding HR or marketing contacts.
