Business Development Contractor – Discovery Call Generation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jordan.

📋 Description

• Identify and target accounts that align with Boolanga’s ideal profile of large distributed or uniformed frontline workforces.

• Locate and engage named operations or procurement decision-makers, while excluding HR and marketing personnel.

• Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, telephone, and events.

• Assess prospects based on their fit and scale.

• Schedule and participate in discovery calls with Boolanga.

• Transfer accounts completely after the discovery call.

• Boolanga will lead the discovery call and manage follow-up, proposals, negotiations, and delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in B2B sales or business development.

• Proven track record of personally scheduling senior-level meetings through outbound efforts.

• Capability to reach and qualify operations or procurement buyers.

• Relevant working experience in at least one of the following regions: Middle East, East Asia, or Africa.

• Ability to operate independently with your own list and methodology.

• Comfort in working as an independent contractor.

• Required to source your own accounts.

• Must register each account for approval prior to outreach.

• Obligation to utilize the Boolanga-issued outreach address.

• Not suitable for candidates with solely inbound experience or those who depend on provided leads.

• Not suitable for individuals seeking a fixed salary or employee status.
