Business Development Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Assist in the market expansion of Bybit Pay throughout the EU, taking charge of the entire growth pipeline.

• Acquire and oversee relationships with merchants, payment gateways, fintech partners, Web3 projects, community leaders, and various growth channels.

• Lead the comprehensive business development cycle, which includes market mapping, lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and the execution of partnerships.

• Work alongside Product, Card, Fiat Channels, Compliance, Payments Operations, and Marketing teams to activate and scale payment use cases.

• Formulate regional go-to-market strategies and pinpoint high-potential payment corridors for both crypto-to-fiat and fiat-to-crypto transactions.

• Support cross-border payment solutions, encompassing settlement channels, payout options, and merchant integrations.

• Supply market intelligence, partner insights, and competitive analysis to enhance product direction.

• Represent Bybit at industry events, conferences, and ecosystem partnerships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of experience in payments, fintech, PSP, merchant growth, or crypto business development.

• Essential long-term overseas work or study experience.

• Strong knowledge of local payment systems, fiat/crypto conversion processes, card programs, and merchant requirements.

• Proven track record of driving regional growth or launching payment products in various markets.

• Capacity to work autonomously and excel in dynamic, high-ownership environments.

• Proficient in the local language and possess strong English communication abilities.

• A well-established network within fintech, Web3, PSPs, acquirers, or merchant ecosystems is highly advantageous.

• Awareness of regulatory and compliance standards related to payments and cross-border transactions.

• Experience working with global remote teams.

• Prior involvement with crypto exchanges, payment gateways, or card programs.
