Business Continuity Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct analyses to assess the business impact across Centene’s business units, identifying and documenting risks that may lead to business disruptions.

• Engage in interviews and evaluate potential business interruptions, associated risks, and critical points of failure.

• Create and update business continuity and recovery plans.

• Establish and nurture relationships with essential business stakeholders.

• Facilitate incident response drills in collaboration with business units.

• Identify plan deficiencies, document lessons learned, and ensure follow-up until resolution.

• Monitor program metrics to illustrate activities and progress.

• Aid in the configuration and maintenance of business continuity and crisis management tools.

• Document and enhance project management processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and team productivity.

• Offer coordination and communication support during instances of business disruptions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship, now or in the future.

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, Engineering, General Sciences, or Computer Science.

• Over 2 years of experience in business continuity planning, crisis management, disaster recovery, or within the healthcare sector.

• CBCP, CCCE, DRCP, or MBCP certification is preferred.
